These terms and conditions are binding so please read carefully. By making a booking with GTF Race Cars, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not make a booking. GTF Race Cars reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at anytime so please check for updates before booking. When you make a confirmed booking with GTF Race Cars you will receive an email confirming your order and details of your booking with specific information pertaining to your booking. This will form a contract between GTF Race Cars and yourself. GTF Race Cars reserve the right to amend or change details of your booking if deemed necessary or appropriate. When booking please ensure you read all regulations, FAQ's and T&C's. All participants must comply with the regulations, please ensure everyone in your group or party have read and understood these conditions as failure to comply may result in your booking being rejected at anytime, including arrival and participation of the venue/event resulting in your loss. GTF Race Cars will not be liable to refund or recompense in anyway if you have not complied. If you believe that the person(s) you are booking for may not comply, please do not book as no refunds will be made available. Prices shown are subject to change so please always check the validity of the booking price when you book. All prices shown include VAT where applicable, a VAT receipt will be made available on request, otherwise your receipt on booking will form your only receipt. All bookings are subject to availability although every effort is made to ensure information on the website is current and accurate, if in doubt please contact GTF Race Cars. Cancellations; Every effort shall be made by GTF Race Cars to ensure every event is carried out as described. However in extreme circumstances a venue may be experiencing adverse dangerous weather conditions or other issues which could affect the safety of the event and refuse entry. Under these circumstances GTF Race Cars will endeavor to contact all participants as quickly as possible to notify them of changes but this may not always be possible. Under such circumstances GTF Race Cars will endeavor to offer a replacement or alternative event or credit to use on a later date, which must be used within 6 months. If you need to cancel please contact the GTF Race Cars team as soon as possible. GTF Race Cars are not obliged to offer any refund but an alternative event may be offered or a credit or partial credit may be offered at the discretion of the operating team. Within 14 days of the event there is no obligation on behalf of GTF Race Cars to offer any refund, credit or alternative if you cancel. If you have any doubts about this, please contact GTF Race Cars or do not book. If you need to make any changes to your booking please use the website to alter your booking where appropriate or contact GTF Race Cars as soon as possible. All participants must be over 16 years old, if under 18 years old appropriate parent/guardian must sign indemnities on behalf. All drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence or equivalent. Under 16 year olds are not allowed in the pitlane or on the pitwall. All vehicles must be appropriate for intended use, either MOT standard or race scrutineering standard. GTF Race Cars do not scrutineer but reserve the right to refuse entry to any vehicle deemed unsuitable or unsafe. If either GTF Race Cars or if a venue operator deem a vehicle unsuitable no refund or recompense will be made. Use of slicks must be approved on the day by an official of GTF Race Cars. Every vehicle must conform to the appropriate noise limit specified, failing this noise limit will mean exclusion with no recompense, no refund, no credit. It is the drivers responsibility to ensure the safety of passengers and anyone attending an event. All participants must wear an approved helmet and have suitable seatbelts fastened at all times. No loose objects in the vehicle, camera's must be on approved mounts. Drivers who do not adhere to regulations, either in these T&C's or in the mandatory drivers briefing, will be excluded from the event without recompense. All drivers must declare that they are not under the influence of alcohol or medication or have any health issue or medication that may have an impact on participation. Racing at any GTF Race Cars event is prohibited. Every driver and passenger must complete a mandatory disclaimer supplied by GTF Race Cars and Operating venue. Without exception every driver must attend a safety briefing and will only be issued with appropriate wristband when complete. No track access will be provided to anyone who has not received and is not wearing appropriate wristbands. GTF Race Cars suggest participants obtain suitable trackday insurance. Acknowledging the Risk Motorsport is dangerous and can involve injury or death. Despite GTF Race Cars and venue staff taking all reasonable precautions, accidents can happen. By attending a GTF Race Cars event you acknowledge this and confirm that you are aware of the nature of the activity and attend at the venue at your own risk. GTF Race Cars and venue operators may refuse access to, and eject from, its venues any persons who are acting against the interests of safety and/or whose behaviour is likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury. GTF Race Cars or venue operators may also have to conduct security searches at the venues to ensure the safety of customers and other persons at the relevant event. Neither GTF Race Cars nor any other members of the GTF Race Cars group or their representatives are responsible for any loss, damage or injury to persons or of property caused or sustained by you as result of attendance at any event. GTF Race Cars is not a driver training organisation, thus, although qualified instructors are on hand at all events, they will only provide helpful tips and suggestions. By making a booking with GTF Race Cars you are agreeing with these terms and conditions. |
