Our team includes ex TVR race car engineers, with expertise in chassis build, engine build transmission development and design.
But we are also enthusiasts, we share you passion for TVR and from track day to race meeting, to club meeting live and breathe the cars.
The bespoke nature of many of the race car projects we have carried out means that we have the ability to design and develop one off parts if required.
We have full fiberglass moldings facilities for the production of you race car bodies and can therefore tackle any work on your TVR - We particularly welcome the opportunity to design and manufacture to your personal requirements.
Our CNC Machine capability in tandem with ex TVR senior design engineer know-how enables us to offer our own six speed sequential race gearbox and differential packages.

Ø Full 2010 evolution racecar chassis based on original Tuscan design but incorporating our own improvements.

Ø crash repairs to Tuscan challenge race cars
Ø Track day modifications to TVR Road cars, for example chimaera with Tuscan challenge brake conversion, engine and suspension modifications, roll bar and harnesses, wheel and tire upgrade to accept new brakes, geometry revisions.
Ø Engine rebuild to speed 6, AJP8, Challenge AJP, TVR/Rover V8 and Chevrolet LS.
Ø Fabrication of alumininium fuel cells for both road and race cars, Including special high capacity tanks.
Ø Design and fabrication of fuel swirl pots and dry sump oil tanks for road and track.
Ø Bespoke cooling system, oil and water.
Ø Welding repairs to aluminum, steel and stainless steel.
Ø TVR Race cars suspension wishbones and uprights - design and fabrication.

1) New GTF Segaris GT3 race car, custom built
2) Continuous development of Sagaris LS Engine race car to campaign Britcar 2012
3) Trackside support program for our pair of GTF Sagaris, AJP engine cars.
4) Cerbera road to race conversion for client - very special car in build for Dunlop TRV Challenge.
5) Tuscan Challenge race car, retro conversion from AJP to Rover/TVR V8 engine and refit to 1989 specification to comply with classic and sports car race series requirements.
6) Ongoing maintenance and repair of ex works Tuscan Challenge AJP8 race car.
